Machinist here. I make the components for stuff like this. I have always wondered what would happen if you threw a shredder head into a shredder of the same rated steel. Wondering if it would shatter all the drive gear teeth or just rip all the teeth off the rotating shredders. Or if all three heads would just chew themselves into oblivion. Either way there will be fireworks of sparks and flying shrapnel. Job security and good fun all in one!! Ps I put an empty aluminum pop /coke can in a 2500 ton press. Yeah it was flat and looked like a plate with the word Coke...go figure. Maybe i should throw it into the spot welder for some bright white fountains of sparks. One of my fav things to do is hand a new guy some aluminum and tell him to spot weld it....Bwaa ha ha.
